Brett has over 20 years of experience as a Pronto Xi Enterprise Management System consultant. Over the course of 18 years Brett worked in just about every department at Pronto Software’s Melbourne office. He has worked in support, developed and delivered training courses, worked on multiple projects in the Research and Development centre including being a key part of the Cognos integration project, and has regularly assisted the sales department in the pre-sales process.
But having done all of these roles, Brett’s always came back to the part of the business that excites him most, working at the coalface the customer, to implement or improve the use of the system. He has done entire implementations on his own (hard work, and not recommended) and has also worked as project manager and subject matter expert, usually in the supply chain, manufacturing and reporting areas of the system.
Brett has been involved in over 100 implementations over the last 18 years and still has an ongoing relationship with many of these customers.
He is usually seen as the guy who will ‘get things done’, probably because he has a good understanding of the entire system and the necessary integration between modules – and follows each step of a project through to its ‘working’ conclusion. Brett has also worked on the ‘other side’, doing a short stint as Group IT Manager at Natra in 2004 and so has dealt with Pronto Software as a supplier.
